我现在在OPT 17-month extension阶段，想自己开公司维持OPT身份。想请教大家有什
么经验。
我看到这个文件http://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/opt_policy_guidance_04062009.pdf
7.2.2 说 Self-employed business owner 是OPT期间允许的employment。
“Self-employed business owner. Students on a STEM extension can start a
business and be self-employed. In this situation, the student must register
his or her business with E-Verify and work full time. The student must be
able to prove that he or she has the proper business licenses and is
actively engaged in a business related to his or her degree program.”
文件里把Self-employed被归类到Paid employment，不知道是不是一定要公司盈利自己
发工资，或者只要注册个公司然后证明自己努力经营公司就可以了。
有哪位同学有OPT期间办公司的经验，可不可以和我分享？--不胜感激。可站内联系。
