I got promoted from Developer to Sr. Developer. My EB3 I-140 has been
approved 4 years ago and I don't want to upgrade to EB2. In this case, Do I
have to re-start the perm/I-140 due to this promotion?

厨房两sink，一边有disposer，现在下水很慢。
试了plunger堵住disposer的一边，另一边再用plunger，好象没有效果。请问有什么比
较好的办法处理？
