能不能先在一个银行锁了,不进行申请步骤.
等今天利率降了,到另外银行再锁一个,正式申请?
好象都是在最后才交钱的啊?

在同一家，一般第一次lock不要钱，下来重新lock要钱
像你这样换一家再来，不知道，我觉得太麻烦了，相当于重头开始来，又要交材料

一般没有罚款，但是重新锁定要交钱了，这个相当于罚款了阿

You need check the recent news on Fannie & Freddie, not just the index rate. Don't forget the mortgage rate is depend on both index rate and lending cost. Fannie & Freddie are increasing their cost based on the
Finance reform law which was passed last year.

That's not bad, considering the rate of recent days.

there is no reason to use 30 years fixed at all.
try 5 or 7 year arm.
