I submitted my 485/765/131/application to TSC at Nov. 3rd,(notice day is Nov
. 3rd now 2010). 122 days already past. I got nothing.
I checked the number before me and after me, their EAD at least have been
approved, only our cases left.
I asked SR twice -- no use
sent out following email -- no use
asked congressman/two senators help -- no response
Asked high level IO for status -- only tell me my background check clear,
waiting
Only infopass left,I can't make it since it is too far, I have a baby with
me

我选定的这个区市面上房子太多,好多卖了3,4个月了.基本上都在降价.
看了好一些,同等价格里这个特别心动.也是买了3个月,现在直接降了6万(卖家可能急于
要脱手). 现在要价是$27.9万. 由于我们都没有经验,没有找经纪人(是不是非找不可?
我们想省点钱.) 而且这个价格和房子本身都很惊喜.于是offer26万.明天去签文件,现
在有点后悔了,offer是不是太高了? 按常理,对方肯定不会一下答应,那接下来我们还真
不知道怎么给了..怎样最低价拿下?能看出卖家很着急卖.
另外我们看房子的时候问过能否留下家具,对方说需要的话可以. 我想问问一般买房留
下家具常见吗? 如果留,是不是要加价?

if the card is not urgent for you, you may just wait.

你这个buyer remorse好像是贪心所致了，如果你觉得价格已经便宜了，卖家已经降到
低价，除非local market彻底死掉了，要不然你太贪心，就会被别人买走。
买家留下冰箱什么的appliance常见，留下沙发什么的不常见。

谢谢你的意见.是有点贪心了,呵.但这里的确是买方市场,满街都卖不出去的房子.
而且很多人第一个offer砍5,6万的都有呢.
冰箱洗衣机那肯定是留下的,我说的是沙发,桌椅.

你可以想想，如果给个更低的价，万一拿不到，你会不会后悔。
如果不会后悔，反正还有满街的房子，那尽管砍价吧。

It is not urgent for me (even if i got it, i can't use it to change job),

买房子都这样，买不着后悔给低了，买到了又担心亏了，其实只要自己高兴就行了。不
过你自己没有agent并不给自己省钱，占便宜的是对方的agent,那双份commission,不用
和你的agent分

i just received the email from USCIS, they denial my ead/ap, but sent an
email about card/production about my 485, but later the status becomes the
decision, the email like this in decision:
On March 3, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status.Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
Does it mean I got approved?

yesterday night. but I just checked the email
first it is card production
then it is decision
I asked SR again yesterday for my EAD. I am desperated
It might work. The IO also thought it is too long for me to get EAD, she
especially asked whether I applied for 485 too.

you should change the title "unlucky", because the reason your EAD is denied
is that your I-485is approved.

It looks yesterday I am so unlucky for 485/765 application. I opened SR
again for my application(EAD), today My 485 was approved with denial of my
765.
For me, the SR probably works for I485. I got 48 approved at exactly 4
months.
But my husband did not receive it, he only got 765 approved, strang.
Good luck for everybody waiting for 485.
