My daughter is 18 months now. And more and more friends and relatives tell
me it is time for me to have another one.
The main reason they tell me, my daughter need someone to play with and grow
up together.
The second reason which i don't buy it, is men always like to have a son,
and my duty is not done since no son in the family.
I agree with the first reason, she will need a sister or brother. But who
know my second kid will be a boy.
My LG said it is ok for we end up to have only one child, I am worried that he will regret only have a daughter, but it seems he is the one wants one kid. we all agree our
life will be super busy with two kids. And my in laws respect whatever decision we made. And somehow, i start to love the new
born babies, everytime i meet someone with a little baby carrier, i will go
check out the baby, i think they are such angels. The new born make my heart melt...and i don't remembe my painful labor 18 months ago.
P.S. Both me and my LG are the only child of our parents.

rt 水电还算能正常使用。。但是因为屋顶之前漏过雨所以有多处fungus 同时也有多
处白蚁。报告上建议帐篷杀然后把坏的木头换掉（section1 item有接近15k）。
然后屋顶也是寿命到了。
请问这些问题会影响apperisal和办贷款吗？

大概会等第一个孩子3岁左右，再怀第二胎。
主要看夫妻的繁忙程度。

我和老公一直计划要两个孩子，最好是一男一女，中间间隔2年左右时间，不过现在第
一个还没出来，也不知道带起孩子来是否幸苦，况且计划赶不上变化，到时再说吧。

我，女儿一岁，我现在怀孕12周。
两个孩子好啊，成长过程有个伴，以后父母不在了，有个兄弟姐妹相互照顾多好啊。什
么朋友啊都是浮云，只有亲情才是永恒的。

Yes, it is just my work is kind of busy and if we have the second children,
i might need to change my job to a
less stressful standard hour job.

That is our concern, so she can have her life long partner who shares the
similar DNA like her.
