After the sale of the house? The seller wants this option, should I agree or

it's your call. the seller may need that time. if you have a place to stay
and the seller will pay the rent, it should be OK. Just remember to ask the
seller to sign a rent back contract and then tell your insurance company
that you will move in 30 days after closing so that they will know how to
handle the insurance (you will be landlord for the 1st 30 days).
