For tax year 2010 return,
the property tax to fill on the return is year 2009 property tax (paid in
2010)? or year 2010 property tax?

should be whatever was "paid" in '10--usually it's the 2nd half of '09 tax +
1st half of '10.

Thanks
It seems our first half of 2010 is due this year, not last year.
And we bought the house in last Spring. So we only paid the second half of
2009 last year, which means I can only put the second half number?

ok. bottom line is whatever you paid in 2010 is deductible. i know some
ppl were paying 2008's tax in '10... delinquent of course. :p
