卖家地下室finish了，厨房也做了
但是卖家说地下室是前任做的。所以没有permit
厨房的permit找不到了。但是绝对是有的。还提供了township的电话让我去confirm
打了电话去，确实厨房啥是有的，但是town里面也知道地下室做了，但是没有permit
让我们和卖家自己解决
请问，像这种地下室做了，没permit，会影响closing么
closing好像只要有CO就可以了吧。。
知道的大侠说说。。

有点麻烦。你再去问问township怎么说。我遇到过2个这样的房子，都很难卖

not only you need to get the permit, you must also obtain the certificate of
completion from the township.
If either is missing, don;t buy the house.
Without having both the permit and certificate of completion, the town may
have the rights to take down the structure. No one would buy this house
without these two.
How come your attorney didn't explain this to you? You should get a better
attorney.
