昨天刚做了home inspection, 发现很多pluming, electricity and cooling problems
. 虽然是小问题，但是也得花钱去
fix。我们是不是需要去找 plumer,electrician 之类的去estimate 这些问题到底有多
严重，需要花多少钱去fix。这样好具
体的和seller 要credit back 啊？
第一次买房，请给位给点意见。万分感谢...

Ask your inspector for an estimation about the cost to fix all of them

Your attorney should forward the inspection result to the seller and ask
seller if they are willing to fix.

Our inspector said those are small problems, but he don't know for sure how
much would be cost on those. In one way to negotiate with Seller, if they
are not willing to fix it but agree to pay credit, would it be good for us
to know how much should we ask?
