In my computer, the size of a pointer is always 4. But why?
Because the address is essentially a long integer?
I see the following:
size of unsigned integer is 4
size of integer is 4
size of long is 4
size of float is 4

Because your system is 32-bit architecture.
If your system is 64-bit, the size of any pointer is 8.
So that's a common way to decide whether a system is 32-bit or 64-bit.

我记得指针实际上是一个地址，可以cast为一个长整数来者。是不是这样？

指针变量的内容是一个地址，你说地址有多大？
32位机就是32位的地址64位机就是64位的地址
