儿子去年年底牙疼，那颗牙之前做过baby tooth root canal，牙医把那颗牙拔掉了，
同时把旁边的牙做了root canal.今年年中，那颗新做root canal的牙发炎了，只能拔
掉。现在回忆起来，那颗新做的牙没有疼，很可能不用做根管。很早就对这个医生不信
任了，是个a3，曾经谎称儿子的六颗前牙有infection，要一下拔掉，其实那六颗牙不
痛不痒，他欺负我看不东x-ray，对我信口胡扯。我昨天去要了x-ray的copy,拿到手一
看那张x光不是我儿子的，因为儿子当时只有一个牙有filling,x光显示两个牙都有
filling,当时就跟他们说，又跑来一个印度医生来敷衍我，找了一堆奇怪的理由。
请大家出出主意，我能怎么讨回公道。
应为两颗大牙没了，所以以后新芽出来位置会不对，需要矫正，劳命又伤财，儿子要受
不少痛苦。想到这儿，就恨的牙痒痒。

17天loan contingency removal是加州的购房合同中的标准，这是指要在17天内拿到
lender commitment letter。而lender commitment letter则是在loan conditional
approval之后lender才会出具。就贷款本身而言，conditional approval之后，还要继
续clear conditions，要等全部conditions都满足了之后，lender才会出贷款文件供
borrower签字后再放款。
一般正常的贷款17天之内都可以拿到conditional approval。如果这个都做不到的话，
也不用在这一行做了。

1.快6岁了
2.关于牙齿矫正的问题，我主动问他的。他说需要一个space regainer，不是
maintainer，就是把长歪了牙齿推正。

这个regainer或是maintainer怎么装，要切入gum吧，一定很难受。

does your child have 6 years molar ?
since dentist said your child need space regainer, it seems he already lost
space.
The space regainer is used to push 6 years molar distally to gain lost space
. It is suppose not cut in gum.

if you did not trust this dentist, you can change to another one. The trust
between patient and dentist is very important.
by the way, if you can post the x-ray radiograph, I can take a look.

There is a molar, which is about to erupt according to the x-ray, next to
the treated tooth. I guess that molar is the 6 year molar you are talking
about.

最好不要随便拔牙,装牙冠什么的. 这么小的小孩,而且都还是乳牙,牙医弄来弄去,难道
不是为了钱吗?
我的小孩因为装钢牙冠,发炎被拔掉,我到现在还耿耿于怀,本来是个小龋洞没痛没炎症,
现在变成个大空位,牙医还要装什么maintainer.我问他装了一定不会长歪吗;不装一定
会挪位长歪吗?他也说不出一个确定的答案.
难道我还要让他们定期长期用这个maintainer来赚钱吗?而且还会增加旁边牙齿龋的机
会.
我打算不装maintainer,大不了,以后去整牙;不能忍受在孩子牙齿上装异物,还要装好几
年,过2,3个月还要去调整一次,去一次就要给牙医交钱;不能当包子.
尤其那些个忽悠补门牙,拔门牙的牙医都不靠谱,本来6岁就要换的,不劳他们来费心了.
门牙是因为外伤发黑发炎的除外.

since this molar is about to erupt and the 2nd baby molar is extracted. Your
child need "distal shoe" space maintainer to guide the eruption of 6 years
molar and maintain space for future 2nd premolar eruption.

这个有点过。
我自己的孩子因为当年牙医不负责任， 没有装maintainer， 后面的牙挪到了前面，
以至于恒牙没有空间。从8岁开始整形, 化了3年的时间。钱就不说了，这三年小孩嘴里
要带钢丝，还有象桥一样的铁东西顶在上颚， 很多东西不能吃， 小孩多吃了很多苦头
，每个月要去见Orthodontist， 而且家长要每天帮助清洁牙齿. 这还不算最坏的，有
的孩子因为没有足够的空间， 还要把去4颗恒牙。
所以我觉得你的牙医建议你装maintainer， 还是很负责任的。

因为有一颗大牙已经拔掉过了，所以再拔掉现在有问题的这颗后，没法装maintainer了
，他说只能装regainer，就是在牙歪之后regain the lost space。我问过这个
regainer，maintainer会不会引起发炎，医生说有可能。
上周见了另一个牙医，说这颗牙建议不拔。我问了worst case scenario是涉么，他告
诉我，就是发炎的乳牙下面的恒牙发育不良，长大了容易烂掉，但是这个不一定，运气
好的话，长出来还是好的。如果拔掉，那以后牙齿长歪了就很麻烦，要拔掉四颗恒牙做
矫正。
我现在从了不拔的建议，只有想办法提高小孩的抵抗力，看他身体能不能fight
infection了。

保险公司没有片子。这颗牙，牙医问保险公司收1200，保险公司问这个牙医要x光片要
了几个月，他都没有交上去。后来他把claim的code改了，claim总额降到了300多。因
为新的code不需要交x光片，所以保险公司没片子。
