Nonsense - there was such a saying, but it's super WS! Imagine if you're
living the worse house in the community, how would your your children feel.
That saying was rooted from a very WS opinion that better houses in the
community would increase the value of the worse house on average. But it's
not reasonable.

说 worst 是有些过分，我听到的版本是 very affordable house in a good
community. 因为财富分配是正态分布的，买得起豪宅的富户终归是少数，但是好区则
是人人向往（学区，地段，等等）， 你在好区屯一个许多人都买得起的房子，自然在
将来换房的时候有好多主动。
