an easement. The deck appears to be located past the building restriction

围墙先不说了,卖家阳台违规了,怎么办,拆掉?还是让补偿钱?当时,看上这个房子
的时候,我们的心理价位是包含这个阳台的,现在做完边界评估说违规了。拆掉?我们
就损失了一个阳台钱。不拆到时候卖的时候,或者政府检查的时候是不是又要找我们麻
烦?自己再做个阳台也得1万左右啊。大家说我该怎么办啊。谢谢!折腾了那么久,该
查的都查了,该花的钱也都花了,功夫费了那么多。
