房子是84年的，状况还好，靠近社区排水道。车库离排水道也就10-12尺。排水道是水
泥铺的。driveway也是水泥地面，但平行于排水道有长长的裂缝，靠近排水道一边有轻
微下沉，导致裂缝局部有将近一寸的水平差。inspector看了说foundation没受影响。
