If your LTV <= 60%, there is no any add-on point. LTV <=75%, nominal add-on
point. Please go to my club to check refinance rate (updated daily).
If you want to cash out more than $417K, given your house title is clear and
free, not all lender could do it, yet a considerable number of lender are
able to help out.
