一月份的时候通过下面的link申请了American Express Platinum (US)

一直没有收到100K的点数，几周前打电话说需要时间到账，今天打电话居然说不符合条
件，因为我在申卡90天范围内有Green Card在手。哪位手上有Term发来看看或者支招如
何跟AMEX讨回这100K的点数？

的确是规定不能同时拥有

和贷款差不多的，就是不用和银行打交道。
找律师过户就行了。

同意lxingbo (bobo)。应该没有loan contingency.
而且 home owner insurance 变成 option.

Seller要给你买Title Insurance,其他保险都是Optional

is Amex blue cash card (just automatically got switched to "blue cash
everyday" at the beginning of this year) counted as current Amex card
holder? If so I need to close this 8-yea-old card, ready for the next deal.

因为没有贷款，贷款、估价的contingency 都不成立了，这部分的花费可以免去。
平常买给银行的 title insurance，也不必了。另外如有向银行借钱，银行一定会要求
买火/水险，没有贷款，这个也就变为你自己决定买不买了。

就象其他几位说的：
如果你有loan, 你所购买的 lender's title insurance, and Home Owner Insruance 受益人是 lender, 并不是 borrower， at least in CA.
如果你没有loan，不需买 lender's title insurance。
至于Home Owner Insruance，你想买就买，你不想买就不买，主动权在你楼主手上呀。

AMEX这个EXCLUSION一般是针对现有CHARGE CARD的用户。例如你现在持有GREEN，GOLD
之类的，取消后90天内申请的PLATINUM都不能拿到OFFER。
CREDIT CARD用户一般不受影响。
