绿卡排期应该还有1，2个月就到了，可是想回国。如果排期到了，在国内有问题么
？绿卡下来的时候人必须在美国么？
还有，一般情况下，如果排期到了，多久会拿到绿卡呢？比如5月的排期是到2009年
4月15日，那5月份大概就会处理09年4月15日之前的CASE么？

我们的loan officer说有风险。因为要在21天内过户。
有没有朋友知道风险到底有多大？
对了我们在MD。这次是refinance

绿卡批准你在不在国内无所谓。。。可以让朋友把绿卡寄给你，然后用绿卡入关。
如果你是485还没有交，那就必须在美国国内才能交485.

Agree.
If this particular lender always has competitive mortgage rate, resulting
pipeline full, 21 days carries risk unless your file is very "clean" and
each party treats you as "VIP". (i.e. appraisal, lender, escrow, title, etc).

如果是从头开始算，勉强30天，45天会比较安全。为什么你的 loan officer 知道时间
紧还要锁呢？还是在讨论而已？
