12年的SFH,现在的屋主是第一任.在seller disclosure 中提到:
1.Has the roof been replaced or repaired during your ownership?
Yes
If "yes," was the existing roofmg material removed?
Yes
2.Has the roof ever leaked during your ownership?
Yes
3. Are you aware of any problems with the roof, gutters, flashing or
downspouts?
No
Explain any "yes" answers in this section, including the location. and
extent of any problem(s) and any repair or remediation efforts:
During 2006, singles blew off due to storm. Repair were professionally done.
roof has not leaked since repair was done.
