Why would it matter to you? The lender part is the same for everyone. It's defined by law. The owner part varies. Normally the agent attorney can match if you find better deal.
For the owner part only. Not for the lender part. I have never done cases that owner chose his own tile insurance company. I would assume it will be much more complicated if you have have your own tile insurance company and it will end up cost you more. For example for the case we do. Lender tile insurance it 0.25% of loan amount. If you buy owner tile insurance, it will be 0.4% of the purchase price and lender tile insurance will be $175 on top of it. I am not sure how this works if you have two attorneys for lender and owner tile insurance.

you can select your own escrow service as well.

可以自己选title公司。 三天的反悔期是从签字日后再加三天(星期日及节假日除外,但星期六是算的)。反悔 期过了之后,lender才会fund the loan。
