want to apply for a credit card. i was told it will have impact to credit
score when applying refi. is it true? how many point will be dropped? when
the score can come back the original score after the applying the card?

先看看自己的分数是多少，如果比740高不少，就不用担心了。

如果你已经开始refi了，我一般不建议客人做hard pull credit的动作，其中开cc就是
其中一个。所以建议LZ跟你的broker商量一下，免得以后可能会有的hassel

my credit scores dropped around 20 points because 7 times inquiries of
credit scores. Some of them were caused by credit card application.
some of them were caused by re-finance.
My credit scores were very good, over 800. No they are still not bad.

Refinance不会有什么影响,除非shop around的时候inquiry太多了.
