简单说：
我从前面房子搬出来，我自己打扫了一遍。
但是房东还claim 的一些打扫费用。 $300 左右。
我认为不合理。
我拒付。他警告我：
“send delinquencies to the Collection Agency. ”
请问这样的后果是什么？

其实搬出来最简单方法就是雇人打扫一遍，拿张发票给rental company
他们就没话说了
我们这里有move out service, 洗地毯85（3bedrooms)加上75打扫全部房间
自己省了不知道多少力气，还有发票
你那个send delinquencies to the Collection Agency就是说你不付钱
他们就把帐卖给讨债公司了，有可能会影响credit score

a simple solution is asking the owner to send you all receipts. Pay the
amounts on the receipts. No receipt, no payment. This is law.
