那么Servicer会换到另外一家银行,对Borrower基本没有什么影响.

你的loan principle 很有可能在俩房手上。
你的 current loan servicer 破产倒闭, 你的 montly mortgage payment 会付 new
loan service. 你基本上不收影响。

欠条（note）可以transfer，这家倒了还有别人接手。钱还得还，否则一定会有人拿着
