有一个房子新上市，对于它的写出的信息不太明白：
1：该房子去年夏天刚被卖过一次，当时Sale Reason写的是“Tenancy Partition”，
有些奇怪这么快就再次出售是否有什么问题，只看上次的售卖原因不知道什么意思？
2：building信息上写了：Post & Pillar Foundation，这种foundation好么？

This type of foundation supposedly let the house "float" on a number of
supporting posts. When the soil contracts/expands, the posts will go up &
down together, therefore preventing the cracks in the concrete perimeter
type of foundation.
I saw this type of foundation in a few houses from the 70's that were built
on clay soil. Not sure how they will hold up during an earthquake,
especially the lateral movements.
Which year is this house? What is the soil condition?

92年的房子,不知道soil condition在哪里可以查.....政府的网上可以查么?
