我的律师是说不能升，但可以涨薪水。。。。。所以唉，一把辛酸泪。

有这种说法？表示怀疑。我的律师说可以的。当然不升办绿卡最保险。

my friend in different company has the same experience.
Of course promotion is OK, but everything will start over. PD is same.

我问律师一样的问题，这个是回复，关键是看job duties, 而不是title；
If your future occupational title and duties are more than 50% different
than the position which we applied the PERM under, then you will need a new
PERM application to reflect the change in duties. If the duties are more
than 50% similar, then you can keep the PERM application. This
