Early this week, my kid told me in the daycare a white boy (5 1/2) sang a
song like this: Chinese is bad. Bad chinese. The teacher told the boy
stopping singing that. I was a little mad when I heard this. I don't know if
there is a link between the song and Jimmy Kimmel show.
I will sign for the petition, at least for my kid.

看了closing cost estimate, 和别家的差不多. 为什么Wells Fargo这么低? Anyway,
我已经lock in了.

wholly molly, this is a great rate.......
mine is 3.5%, I already feel it's too high.

您有问您的APR是多少吗? 谁来付appraisal fee, owner insurance? 以这个2.75%, 有
多少lender rebate?

Shouldnt APR equal to (1+2.75%/12)^12?
Appraisal $370 我付, 不过我拿到的所有的quote,Appraisal都是我付.
Owner Insurance $10, no big deal. 无rebate
一共quote了5-6家，有银行，有mortgage broker, closing cost ex transfer tax都
在4,200 - 4,500之间, Wells Fargo正好在中间.有些有rebate的, processing fee什么的都比人高出一截
还有一个要求就是在他家开个Escrow Account. 我本来也打算开的，所以就无所谓了。
