quicksilver has no Over-the-Credit-Limit Fee. So am I right about the
following?
let's say my card has 1500 credit limit, I may be able to spend 2000 or
above without getting any trouble..?

评价很高的搬家公司，价格很好，但是没有保险，我不是特别担心我的物品家具损坏，
也不值钱，但如果他们在搬运过程中受伤，我需要负责吗？
