dwelling is the rebuild cost, is the $ to spend if such house is built at
the similar location. I think this is fine. The thing is the usually the
premium is not much of difference between town house and single family.
Condo could be much cheaper.

LZ的房子过Million么？Dwelling的coverage 够高的。如果是condo，有mortgage的话
，dwelling coverage应该是20% appraisal value。
State Fame的option A似乎就是replacement cost的那个选项。
如果房子属于PUD，那么要保到贷款额至少。

没有，只有50万多一点的townhouse。
我的贷款lender要求"at least equal to the lesser of the replacement value of
the improvements or the uppaid principal balance",我的improvement appraial价
格就是$209,000。
