准备买电脑用一百块钱best buy的gift card 还有Amex cc.
这样还会有以后的万一年American的warranty吗。

这个town的Assessment value是07年算的，当时正是房价高的时候，再加上mil rate本
身就很高，所以每年的property tax都很高。
今年正好是新的评估Assessment value的时候，鉴于现在的市场情况，这个会不会降下
来，这样如果我买了的话税也可以少交点。

你可以申请abatement，一般每年有一个window，你交上去，town的assessor会来家里
看，你可以跟他/她讨论一下。

要全款付那是Insurance那部分，比如前90天的loss or damage insurance。
extended warranty不用全付，不过最高的coverage就是Amex付的那部分。

以上说的都不完全对
应该是90天的purchase protection和extended warranty都是：
1. still eligible, if portion of payment is other than amex
2. will cover only what was charged to amex

有90天的purchase protection，也有1年厂家保后的extended warranty，但是两者都
只cover到实际charge到你amex上的钱，
而且具体算下来，他们应该还要去除掉prorated的tax，不过那最多几块钱
