给了个offer, seller接受啦，因为有relocating company involved, 还在back and
forth的签各种documents, attorney review 还没开始. 因为seller要带走washer and
dryer, 我觉得应该给我点credit. 想让我的agent去给seller agent提这个，agent
拒绝了，说到时候让attorney review的时候写进contract就行了。请问这个正常吗？
我怎么觉得现在就去给seller说更好点呢？

you should ask for them when you submitted your offer, not after the seller
accepted your offer. if your agent forget to write those in your offer, ask
your agent to pay for them.

这个当时跟agent 提过，不过我后来也把这事给忽略了，刚想起啦。就是说agent在
忽悠我啦？

I don't think your agent will pay for it, he/she may not even admit that is
his/her fault, unfortunately.

这个offer 还没正式sign 呢，而且在NJ attorney review 结束之前seller and
buyer都可以walk way without penalty. 我就是不确定是不是应该现在坚持让agent去
说，还是按她说的，让attorney加这个条款。
