上个星期几忘了查还没有更新，
今天看突然就发现， 485 notice和765 EAD notice被邮局退回
AP的那个号码还是说系统里找不到这个号。
这是肿么回事，需要让律师去问吗？需要打电话给uscis更新地址吗？可是地址明明
是对的， 485, 765和ap三个申请的receipt和fp notice都正确收到了。

在做refinance，同时申请了home equity account，两个都批准了，但是，refinance
批准的时候home equity account还没有批准，没有在credit report上。现在的问题是
，这两个的closing date可能非常接近，如果home equity先close然后上了credit
report，refinance后close，refinance在最后final approve前还需要查credit
report么？会有问题么？
真心求教，万分感谢

一般来说在close的时候是不会再查了, 但是多数的lender会已经让您在申请表里签一
个新的债务的agreement. 所以您可能已经break了一些条款.

Do FP as planned.
Also, call USCIS about the returned notices. I think that you don't have to
"change" your address, but just to confirm it again and let them re-send the
notices again.

太感谢了。当初真的没有仔细读，因为根本没有想到需要做home equity.
查了一下当初签的文件，好像是说需要disclose债务方面的变化。现在home equity还
没有close的时候，也就是新的债务还没有出现的时候，我们需要disclose么？如果
disclose的话，refinance会有变化么？就我们的收入而言，加上home equity的
payment也不会超过28%。

就是觉得很奇怪。刚开始review就说邮局把信退回去了。。。

是同一个房子，还是不同的房子。
如果是同一个房子，你的home equity开到了多少？

再看了一下， case 状态是initial review, 但是又说邮局退信。会不会退信那一条是
错误？
Initial Review
On March 26, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on
this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST
STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this
case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this
notice to be re-sent.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/
petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during
an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional
information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's
criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that
need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud
indicators.

有HELOC会影响rate。
需要disclose，如果决定要这个2nd loan，就尽快告诉给LZ做1st mortgage refi的
lender吧。

非常感谢。也就是说，如果refinance先close了，我就没有必要disclose后close的
home equity，对么？现在的情况是，有可能先close refinance，应该能够避免
disclose
，对么？我想现在避免disclose的原因是，怕disclose了又要耽误很长时间重新审批。
这个东西已经拖了2个月了。
