以前看过的一个房子，现在已经off market，但是卖方agent说对方还有兴趣卖，我们
最终还是决定买这个了。offer昨天让agent送出去的，现在还没有消息。一般要多久才
能有回复？

but there is no deadline of ratification date (which is the offer acceptance
date) on the contract.

if the seller doesn't respond, one way or the other, before your deadline, s
/he might not be interested.

已经off market, 给个两天，估计没人抢。

o, thanks.
Actually I'm not worried about other buyers. I'm afraid that the seller
would rather not sell the home than sell it at a price he thinks too low.

不用害怕，都有可能。
不给回复，就当没下OFFER，该看房子看房子，看得中意的，该下OFFER下OFFER。
