在买卖双方过户时，卖方得到的全部收益中，支付给卖方agent(如果有的话)和买方
agent(如果有的话)交易佣金。
所以仅从纯理论上讲，买方不承担任何支付给agent的佣金(报酬)。
小费，完全不用。

This is very deceiving comment.
If the buyer agent were so kind not to receive the commission from the
seller, the seller can lower the sell price accordingly. So is seller agent'
s commission.
So In the end, all commissiona are paid by the buyer, not the seller.

但事实上，要具体看你对买房的过程有多少了解和认知了。

你先找找，看哪个agent会一周7天天天带着你看房子连看3个月啊？
卖方、卖方agent、买方agent的目的都是一致的，就是促使房产交易尽快顺利结束。
卖方得到卖房款，卖方买方agent得到佣金。
买方agent的佣金也只有在交易完成时才会有。

As a buyer, you don't pay directly. The agent should buy you a gift if the
house closes, rather than the other way around.
But indirectly, you are the one who pay for everything. Remember in a real
estate transaction, the seller comes to the transaction with a house, and
the buyer with money. The seller goes away with some money instead. And
guess whose money is used to pay for everything in the transaction?
But you get the house and contribute significantly to the local GDP.
