这个太不靠谱，感觉国内的房价很有意思，越喊跌就越涨！跌得没有涨得凶

你需要先说明工作地点，
然后，最好的方式是在local的报纸上找。

Those who make policies are those who have properties, which is why no
property tax collected even at 0.05% level. So the price won't drop much. I
guess the price will be high until few people to buy, and then printing
money (inflation) to correct the ratio of houses vs. other goods. There are
two types of winners: 1) those with free houses or very low priced houses
2) those who will sell the houses before inflation begins and invest into
other sectors. Others who keep the houses just reserve

就是要考虑这个因素啊，
光地铁从曼哈顿有。。。
刚才掰了下手指头，没数过来，
十几到20吧，
只从沿线找就太多区域了。

再总结下吧，
家庭，需租apt,报纸，如new York times, new York posts, new York daily ，世界
日报，明报，侨报。
其实都不是最好，
找到更local的报纸更好。
单身个人，找合租，几个大学的学生网站先看看，
上城，Columbia,
中城，Cornell medical school,
下城，nyu.

大的趋势已经出来了。现在还谈投资/投机的房产的，逆势而行，嘿嘿。等着看好戏
