You'll need to work from the back of the phone, first remove any SD card,
battery, then remove the screw to lift the main board, so you can remove the
LCD unit. You might need special tools depend on the type of screw used in
the phone.
I would suggest you search for an instruction video on YouTube.
BTW, how did you know your LCD is broken? is it cracked?

Thanks for your suggestion. yeah, it should be cracked since the cover looks
fine.
