头一次做 Refi。 agent 说 no point no fee 。
今天受到了GFE 说要$2,498.20 settlement charge 在 B: Total Estimted
Settlement charges.
A : your adjusted origination charges is -$13.75.
到底我还需要任何付费用吗？
如果签了字又要我付钱怎么办？

agent 有来　email 了说我不用付任何钱。　但要写一张$3k check
他们会返回$2k。　很confuse. 礼拜三要签字了。　请大牛帮忙答惑。　如果我有信息
也会回馈给本版。

第一, GFE可以忽略
第二, 您可以参考我的club里关于no cost refi的文章
第三, 您的agent应该给您解释清楚$3K check是什么, 为什么会返回2K, 剩下的1K是什
么费用.

好好看看refinceform。里边应该告诉这个2-3千怎么来。可能包括county property（
county要求一年的全付清），半个月或一个月的利息，也有坑额外loan的款（为了凑成
你的贷款为整数）。
好好读读，就弄明白了。不要懒。

谢谢 blueangel2 和 ExpressoLove 两位。你们真是好人。
不敢懒，是不懂。不知道还有HUD -1。也去看相关的文章。
昨天agent 很晚才发过来HUD -1，agent 也帮助解释了，那多出来的1K 多刀是一个月
多点的利息。
第一次买房，第一次做re-fin，很多不懂，有些发懵。
这个多少也是个surprise. Agent 也说过no point no fee 我不用付任何钱。
这个1K 多刀的利息还是要自己出钱。是不是这样的利息就算白交了？

You have to pay the interest no matter you do the REFI or not. You will not
pay a lot more interest because you did the REFI. (max 1-2 days only)
Remember you don't have to pay back the new loan for the first month.
