Sorry I can't type Chinese using my current computer.
We are making an offer for this house, which had original ceramic tile
floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. If these floors + grout/adhesive/
mastics contain asbestos, is it very costly/not safe to remove them when
hiring professionals?
This house also has some very long thin cracks in the basement floor. Our
agent said it is normal. The floor seems even. Do we need to worry about
these cracks?
