Send outs a reminder if you have their emails. But I would prepare more
goodies bags, at least 6 more, in this case.

谢谢。学校上周才开学，还没有所有家长的email。那我多准备10份好了。

For my daughter's birthday party, I sent out 16 invitations. 10 will come, 2
will not come, 4 did not respond. I did not prepare more goodie bags for
these 4 people. It is just rude that they show up even without telling me. I
sent another reminder email to all persons last week to ask them RSVP by 09
/12. Since they chose to not respond, they should not come, in my opinion.
it would be wasteful if you prepare 10 more goodie bags for the persons
might not come.

十个不至于，准备4，5份吧，goodie bag的东西也不贵，人家来参加孩子肯定高兴的。

别人rude并不妨碍你be nice...多准备出两份吧。。。
