只要不是周五funding 就可以, 但是我们agent一般都会把关.

funding 和closing 一般都是同一天吗？还是一般都是前后两个工作日？

周五closing, you have the whole weekend to take care of a lot of new house

重贷，旧银行到closing/recording 为止，新银行从funding开始算。
最好同一天，有些地方做不到。
