Home inspector give me 4.7 pCi/l result for RADON test in the basement and
told me is above the EPA safe range of 3.9 pCi/L.
They suggest to install a radon mitigation system. Anyone had experience
with it?

我也刚做了，好像EPA的要求是4.超过了就装个吧，应该不贵

ask the seller to install it before closing. it costs somewhere between a
few hundreds to around $1500 in a larger house.

Thanks guys. Seller agreed to install one. Not sure how much it cost him.

about $1000-2000. make sure they have warranty.

和我家一样 装了就好些
很奇怪 以前的住户怎么不在乎radon
