I have a neighbor who has over 20 county court records. Most of these
records are traffic violations, but there is one "traffic criminal". I
looked at the details "Leaving Acc/Unattended Vehicles" and it looks like
the neighbor had a "hit and run"? but it's pretty strange that he was not
put into jail!
Fortunately the neighbor is not violent yet, but I have a concern that he
might be very annoying...
