有没有人了解jersey city的一个ICC公司： innovatis technologies啊。他家说找到
工作再签合同，也就是说training期间没有合同也不收取费用。大家觉得这个正常吗？
万一培训完跑了呢，他们不是会亏吗？还是有什么我不了解的地方。拜谢！

以前好像看到的都是checking $300, saving $200.是不是.
今天看到一个saving $300.

还在合同期，不过有个房主在卖房子，他没有用sellor agent。我如果买这个房子，还
要通过我的realtor并且付给他钱吗？Thanks!

这个看不出来。看你们合约的title是什么?
是 Exclusive Right to Represent吗？这表示不关谁发现的这个房子，只要你买了，
就要付钱。

怎么总是有各种人不看合同就随便签字的。你的当然是exclusive。这么大的一个字写
在那里你看不懂么？
再强调一遍，找buyer agent就是傻瓜的表现，buyer agent是为seller服务的。

信agent的话，死都不知道怎么死的。钱是这么走的，作为房价的一部分你付钱给
seller，seller拿出一部分给你的agent。但是你说了房主不想，那么就是seller说了
他不愿意付钱给你的agent，所以你非要买这个房子，你必须再直接给你的黑心agent一
笔钱。

你自己，朋友，律师，甚至偶尔还能利用对方的agent，但是就是不能用你自己的agent。

这个问题很local，最好在当地打听清楚一些通常的做法。我所在的地区一般都用agent
，我自己没用都是直接联系listing agent，感觉结果也没便宜多少，她们倒也热情，
把过程给讲清楚，跟dual agent也没啥两样，但没签任何合同。

非常感谢各位！我们这个buyer agent没有起到太大作用，都是我们自己找房子，然后
通过他预约看房，如果可以直接联系listing agent看房子的话那就好了。

Yes. Sometimes, even after the contract expires, if you end up buying a
house that was shown by the agent, the agent still gets the commission.
