seriously, the first one is about $2400. you can buy a taylor king fabric 3 seater (not a sectional) for sure. taylor king is owned by hancock moore, you got solid maple frame and 8 way hand tied construction (only 3 or 4 makers in the US are still doing this now) or if you want to stick to leather, bradington young is just at that price point, for a 3 seater of course. bradington young is one level down from hancock moore, but way much better than the junk from costco or pottery barn in terms of building quality

I know OP is trying to make fun for most of the time. I don't care. I was thinking the information can be used for someone in the market, has the budget of 2000 to 3000 for a sofa. if you going to buy one from pottery barn or restoration hardware. I will suggest you take a look at talor king, jessica charles, or bradington young. they are not so much more expensive with much better quality. these brands may not sound familiar to you as PB or RH because they run a very different business model. they don't rent showroom in the expensive mall, and they don't send you beautiful catalog that all cost money from your sofa. their products can be catchy, trendy, or beautiful for the first shot, but quality is never there.
