符合USCIS要求的media reports应该是对申请人研究成果最客观的肯定和评价，因此我
个人建议是申请人的研究如果曾经被major media outlet 报道过的话，一定要单独
claim media reports 这一条，而且应该不仅把media reports 作为claim的第一条，
而且应该在petition letter 开头的介绍中就强调。这种先入为主的做法，可以一开始
就给IO很可观的证据证明你的outstanding.
那么什么样的media reports 符合USCIS的要求呢？这个律师的解释非常到位，大家可

memo. 下面我来具体说我是怎么做的。
我把所有媒体报道情况整理成exhibit b.1 （附后）. 每个报道的复印件或网页打印件
, 这个媒体流通量（www.wolframalpha.com 的screenshot, circulation number
highlighted ）和流通范围 （www.alexa.com的screenshot，在audience下面，
visitors by country for xx） 作为exhibit b.3-b.32。非英文附一份Google
Translate的英文翻译，打印时可以设置打印网址在page bottom left（以translate.
google.com 开头），这样IO可以看到这个是Google Translate的。用Google
Translate的合法性用NYT的一片报道来确立，用footnote来表示，之后后面附上一份
copy （highlight 有用的comments）. 这里解释过之后，后面再用Google Translate
就没有再解释， 比如非英语的citation 翻译。
