请教 大家给移民局寄材料按签收的时间算吗？
今天才收到之前豁免通过的邮件，今天30号，这次是3月31号关了，今天寄485的材料还
有戏吗？之前140已经通过，家里等着485提交后的工卡上班，求大家支招，非常感谢！

最近搞coupon搞得晕了，目前拿yahoo，gmail，hotmail，某大学后缀的邮箱都去申请
过Lowes的10% coupon，只有gmail成功了。我老公拿他的邮箱前天又重复试验了一下，
也只有gmail成功了。

I refuse to use google so I used Yahoo all the time! 100$ success rate for
the past year.
The key is NOT to use Chinese surnames. I used something like "Steve Young,
"James Joelson," "Elaine White"...Never had one request denied. In fact, I
photocopy them and use the copies in Home Depot.

not the case. lowes sends all kinds of AD junk mail to you, it's just the
10% mail is missing
