EB1-B 140 get approved on 12/7/2012 and requested for relink to my pending I
-485. Did service request on 1/30/2013 and got response from USCIS "Upon
receipt, your case will be reviewed. You should receive correspondence
within the next 90 days regarding this case. "
What it means and is that typical response? Do i have to wait for another 90
days?

My case is at TSC. Company laywer told me that relink is succesful on 1/7/
2013 after 30 days request and just be patient. I want to confirm with USCIS
and it is why i sent service request again for reason of "out of processing
time". From USCIS response, it seems that they never touch the case. I
should do this SR right after approval of 140. Company lawyer is not helpful
at all and you have to take care it by yourself.
Good luck for you all who has the similar situation.

The USCIS official language is interfilling. Relink is used for people who
has different type of immigration category. For example, you orignial
applied for EB2 and your 485 is pending. Later on, you upgraded your EB2 to
EB1 and got I-140 approved. So you can relink your approved EB1 140 to
pending I485. It is true also for EB3 to EB2 upgrade.

又一个被company lawyer给坑了的。我也是这种情况，后来自己做的SR成功relink上。
你的online status变化了没有？如果变了，根据trackkit上的说法，这叫interfile
completion。

document, once complete will be adjudicated. 我怀疑这个过程陷入了死循环,一般
外力还很难打破它.

在relink前我的485就ref了,我的ref材料也交上去了,只不过那时还是EB2,当时没有
visa也就没管.现在升级到EB1B了,就着急了.现在网上的状态没有变. 我真的还要等90
天吗? 大家都有什么经验,对了,你的case批了吗after successful relink? 如果批了,
大该等了多长时间?
现在的律师不可靠呀,我真的是没脾气了.

你做SR是60天前，那时候可能是在order file，现在应该这一步完成了吧。
另外你是跨中心，传送file是不是也是得从NSC运到TSC?

Approved 1/22/2013
send relink email to TSC : 1/23/2013
send relink letter to TSC : 1/24/2013
Approved: 2/15/2013 (online check)

我也是在等，只能尽我可能的去催。我们的case应该都是pre-adjudicated，审起来应
该快得很，就是不知道是不是link上了。
我看网上的relink case都快得很，怎么轮到我们这么慢。

还是DIY的好，律师的interest跟applicant不是一致的。
