condo我见过很多，new development project也做过。只要是condo都要做project
approval,这个没错。被拒的可能性也非常大。但是否approve，并不妨碍lock。尽量
lock长一点时间比较保险。但是非要等到loan都clear to close了，或者condo
approve了才能lock，这个实在不能理解。broker之所以不lock可能是担心批不了,lock
也是浪费。但是你自己要承担higher rate的损失。condo approve最长也就20天吧。除
非你自己在赌利息。仅供参考。

不明白nyc new dev意味着什么，不能换个能锁的lender吗？
周围有个人在当地credit union贷款，lock rate每一个月要半个点，他们就没锁，结
果办下来特别慢，想催连人都找不到，rate亏大了，后来找到主管complain，最后给了
个10y arm 2.875

of approving new building is relative high.
i should have applied from two lenders at the same time. it is too late now.
