我毕业前先申请了pre-opt,然后9月末又file了Post-OPT申请。received date 9月25
号。
我今天在uscis.gov网站上查状态,结果居然是
“Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check
your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please
call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.”
后来我让我们学校international office 的老师帮我问一下。收到的回复是“We’ve
asked, but have not been given a reason as to why this happens. Regardless,
that receipt number is correct. It was received September 25th.”
请问这种情况正常吗? 我需要担心吗?
