I sold one cooling pad last week, it is sealed in the original package. But
I received an email today:
Hi, I received this item, and it doesn't work! I would like a refund.
So I checked his feedback, he is from CA and always left negative or neutral
feedbacks to the seller, and sometimes he claims not received even the item
is delivered.
What should I do? Let hime send it back first? I don't think he will send it
back because he will lose money and I will not refund the return shipping
due to th

delivery. You will win if your feedback is high.

ship it back first and I will refund him, how should I do if what I receive
is not the cooling pad I sent? Can I check the weight or take a video when I
open the package? It is only $30, I just don't want this cheater get what
he wants.

If he is a professional, there is really not much you can do.
If it is sealed, how did you know what he ships back is not what you sold?
Move on, do not waste your time and add anger to yourself. Do something else
if you can't swollow your tooth with blood.
