Instead, you need to focus more on the cost-effectiveness of the home you
are looking for. You can always do refin later.
When I bought the home, the 15-yr rate was 3.75%. Afterwards, refin
decreased the rate all the way to 2.5% and I am happy with it.

最近几年利率应该都不会低啊。
没有希望做REFI。
另外REFI还要考虑cost啊。

如果是新手, 建议您参考一下我的club里关于closing cost的文章, 每个rate都是有条
件的. refi和purchase的cost也不同. 如果不考虑条件, 说做3%也可以.

今天还是有可能lock 3.375%的，不过还是需要具体情况具体分析。

看你的情况。今天3.375%没有rebate。3.5%的就有rebate。
