you can sell if you use your own picture(or no picture at all) and you do
not mention anything related to sony warranty.

a few days ago, somebody post letter from ebay
“The rights owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the rights
owner, Sony Electronics, Inc., notified eBay that this listing violates
intellectual property rights. When eBay receives a report of this type of
violation, we remove the listing to comply with the law. ”
Is this the one you got also?
Any other reason sony block you listing? use sony picture, mention sony
warrranty.?

so can't resell SONY product on ebay?
